Seasoned Operations Professional Joins Catholic Foundation Team
The Catholic Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania welcomes Geoff Geis to the newly created position of Operations Manager. He is responsible for creating and monitoring operational processes designed to improve efficiency and build upon the Foundation’s existing success. In addition, he will collaborate on both short- and long-term strategic goals for the Catholic Foundation and assists in driving organizational milestones and continued growth.
Geoff worked at Clarke Systems, a manufacturing firm in Allentown, where he advanced operational objectives focused on improving productivity and organizational efficiency. Prior to his work in manufacturing, Geoff held positions within the financial futures industry, where he developed trading strategies and participated in trading activities on the Chicago Board of Trade and the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange.
He is an active participant and fundraiser for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation “Shave for the Brave” campaign, which supports research to cure childhood cancers. In his free time, he coaches springboard diving for grade school and high school athletes throughout the Lehigh Valley.
Geoff is a graduate of Boston College. He and his wife, Anne, are members of St. Thomas More Parish in Allentown and are the parents of three adult children.
During the next few weeks, Geoff will be onboarding with the Catholic Foundation team to learn current processes and programs. We look forward to working with him to help us achieve continued success for our partners and donors.
