We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Operations Manager to help build and scale the operational backbone of a growing Catholic foundation serving the Lehigh Valley.
What You’ll Lead
- Systems & Technology
- Own and manage the akoyaGO CRM and financial platform
- Oversee implementation, testing, and optimization
- Financial Operations
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage grant distributions and reporting workflows
- Donor Stewardship Operations
- Oversee gift processing from receipt to acknowledgement
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and excellence
- Infrastructure & Growth
- Establish office operations, vendors, and systems
- Support benefits planning and organizational scaling
- Strategic Support
- Prepare board materials and presentations
- Provide high-level operational support to leadership

- Strong in financial reporting, CRM systems, and data management
- Comfortable owning complex processes from start to finish
